THE BRIEF BIOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

  • Was born in a family of a political emigrant in Baku

EDUCATİON, ACADEMİC DEGREES OBTAİNED

  • 1974-1984 - Studied at school No82 in Baku
  • 1985-1990 - Full-time student of the Faculty of History at Baku State University (former Azerbaijan State University)
  • 1998-2003 - graduate student in the department of Turkic and Caucasian peoples at BSU
  • October, 2007 - defended the dissertation work on thesis “Political relations of Azerbaijan with Independent Turkic states (the 90th years of the XX century)”
  • May, 2008 - confirmed as a candidate science of History

  • 2015 - Associate Professor on the Department of  the history of Turkic Nations
  • 2011-2014 - Acting Associate Professor on the Department of  the history of Turkic and Caucasian nations (from 2012 - the Department of  the history of Turkic nations)
