  • Date of birth – September 20-th, 1961
  • 1968 started education in secondary school № 18 named after M. Mushfig and 1978 graduated above mentioned school with honors

  • 1978 entered to the faculty of History of Azerbaijan State University named after S.M. Kirov.
  • 1983 graduated above mentioned faculty with honors. Actively participated in social life of the University during education period.
  • 1983 graduated evening program of Republic Komsomol school under Central Committee of Lenin’s Young Communist League
  • 1983 after graduation was assigned to the department of ”Archeological researches of areas for new constructions” of the sector of Archeology and Ethnography of History Institute of Azerbaijan National Academy of Science. Participated in archeological excavations of Shabran city.
  • 1984 – 1986 Successfully graduated the social-political faculty of “Bilik” society’s oratorical school of “Academy of Science of Azerbaijan Republic
  • 1985 was moved to the department of “Etno-Sociological Researches” of the same sector
  • 1989 joined to the department of USSR History of History Faculty of Azerbaijan State University
  • 1998 defenced Candidate’s dissertation on Trade of Azerbaijan (II half of XIX-th century – beginning of XX-th century)
  • During University period was an author of several education programs and articles on different topics.

Work Experience

  • At the present time, is in position of Senior Lecturer at the Department of History of Slavic countries of History faculty of Baku State University. From 2001 is the member of New Azerbaijan Party
  • 1983 – 1989 the sector of Archeology and Ethnography of History Institute of Azerbaijan National Academy of Science
  • Since 1989 working at the Department of History of Slavic countries of History faculty of Baku State University and teaching “History of Slavic countries (capitalism period)” and “History of Russia” Author of 10 topics
  • Since 2014 year work Vice-Dean on ideoloji and social matters on history faculty
