- He was born in 1950 17 July in Baku. Married, has two children.
- About 1968-1973 he studied in Baku State University and has got higher education.
- In 1981 he defends a dissertation in Moscow State University on the theme “Organization of the oil industry management of Azerbaijan in 1920-1932”.
- After finished the Baku State university in 1973 he begin to work on the historical faculty in position of senior teacher, at present – docent
- Since 1979 he works on the “History of Slavonic’s country” chair.
- He teaches the subject- “The History of Slavonic’s country”. This subject embraced ancient, mediaeval and new periods of Slavonic’s people history.
- The region of investigation embraces the period of Azerbaijan history of the end XIX- beginning XX centuries
- The investigation theme is dedicated of Baku industrial district influence on the economic development of South Caucasus in the end of XIX - beginning XX century.
- During five years it was published following articles “Gusit wars and their place in Czech history”, “About Russian-polish relations of middle and second half of XII century”, “About influence of Baku industrial district on development of transport communications of the South Caucasus at the end of XIX-th – beginning of XX-th century”.
- He is co-author of program of general course published in 2004 year: “History of Slavonic countries” and published in 2008 year the course of master: “History of Slavonic countries”.
