- II He was born on 30th May, 1954 in Slavyanka village of Gadabay region.
- During 1961-1971 years, he finished Slavyanka village secondary school.
- During 1971-1976 years, he graduated history faculty of Azerbaijan State University.
- He has been working in Azerbaijan State University since 1978.
- At the moment, he works as chief teacher in the chamber of “History of Slavic Peoples”.
- He graduated history faculty of Azerbaijan State University in 1976.
- From 1977 till 1978 he works at Azerbaijan State Land architecture Project Institution and parallel in School N 18.
- From 1978 he works in the History of Slavic Countries Department
- He teaches lessons “History of Slavic Peoples”, “History of Russia”.
