- Was born in 1939 in Balakhany district , the city of Baku.
- He finished secondary school number 204 in the same district . In the years of 1960-1963 was in military service.
- In 1973 graduated from Azerbaijan State University (now Baku State University)

Work Experience
- In 1967 he worked at the military chair of Baku State University.
- Since 1968 he worked as lab assistant at the chair of “General History “ of the historical faculty.
- Since 1981 till now works at the department of “ The History of Ancient world and medieval centuries”
- is the professor of the chair .
- He teaches the subjects: Ancient East and Antique history.
- He studies at the magistrate courses on 2 problems.
- He is the author of more than 100 articles, 3 monographies, 3 textbooks.

- Husbundary monumental complex in Paleometal periods of Azerbaijan, basic attention keep investigate on husbundary complex in Azerbaijan epoch of Paleometal. Monuments of these times situated on North Azerbaijan. There are include common accepting qualification of these monuments in Palemetal periods.
