  • Was born in August 5, 1956 in Deyirmanli (Kurdamir)
  • He finished the school number 1 of Kurdemir city in 1963- 1973.
  • In 1978, graduated from Baku State University

Education,Academic Degrees Obtained

  • In 1978, graduated from Baku State University
  • In 1992 he made a candidate dissertation on “Economical Relations of Azerbaijan with foreign countries”( 70-80)
  • Since 2002, he has been working on a doctor dissertation” EU at the system of International Relations”

Work Experience

  • In 1979- 1983 – worked as a history teacher in the schools of “Kharasakkal” & “ Kohnebazar” villages, Kurdemir city
  • Since 1983, works at the chair “New & Modern History of European & American states” in BSU.
  • Teaches: New and modern History of European & American States History of International Relations
  • Author of 35 academical articles, 1 monography & 15 student’s books.
