• He was born on January22, 1979, in Baku, Nasimi region.
• in 1997 he entered the Baku State University, to the History faculty, and in 2003 he entereed the master degree of this faculty.
• In 2005 he graduated from there with distinguished diploma.
• In 2007 he entered the History faculty as Ph.D. Student.
