- Abbasov Nurlan Nizami oglu was born in 1982 in Zangilan in Yenikand village.
- He studied at the secondary school in 1988-1999 years.
- He graduated bachelour stage of the history faculty in 1999-2004 years.
- He recieved master degree at «Source studies, historiography of the history of Azerbaijan and methodology department at the BSU in 2004-2006 years.
- He entered to the candidatory at the department of «Source-studies, history studies and metodology»

- He graduated history faculty of the BSU in 2004 in order, entering the candidatory in 2006 with the decisionof faculty scientific union the subject of «Kitabi-Dede Korgud» as a source of learning early history of Azerbaijan was confirmed as a work of condidory.

- From 2006 he is working as a teacher in the department of «sourcestudy, historystudy and medology.
Area of research
- The investigation of «Kitabi Dede-Korgud» which reflects the intersting sources about the middle aged history of Azerbaydjan.
