PERSONAL DATA

• Born on November 4, 1955 in Amasia region of Armenia SSR in Quzukand.
• In 1972 he graduated from primary school in neighboring Tapakand.

EDUCATION AND OBTAINED ACADEMIC DEGREES

• 1978 - 1984 he studied at the HISTORY faculty of Baku State University in the third period.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• In the years 1972-1974 he worked as Quzukand state farm workers.
• In 1974-1976 he served in the Soviet army.
• In 1976-1983 he worked as secretary of the Komsomol committee released Quzukand state farms.
• In 1983-1988, he served as secretary of the party organization was Quzukand state farms.
• Amasia Regional Party Committee in 1988-1989 to August 11 was the head of the commusist ideology department.
• In August 1989, together with his family in connection with the Karabakh events have been displaced from the city of Baku, Azerbaijan.
• At the end of 1989 till 1992,has worked as an editorat the advertising agency (later "Gunel advertising" joint stock company) .
• In the years 1992-1994, "Azadliq" (Liberty)newspaper, was the head of the advertising department
• In the years 1994-1996 has worked in the "People" newspaper's advertising department
• In the years 1996-1999, "Turan" and "Interservice" advertising agency has been head of the department.
• In 1999-2011, the Nasimi District 22 election district № 29, No. 3, and was appointed chairman of constituencies.
• Since 2012 in July, in BSU the department of history faculty at Caucasus, "Armenian Studies" has been working as a senior researcher.

RESEARCH FIELDS

• Territorial claims byArmenians in the Caucasus
• Armenian policy of ethnic cleansing against the Azerbaijani people
• Exploring the history of the Armenian people
• Different types of information and analytical articles are published in a series of websites
• Information is involved in the war to an end in the organization and implementation.
• As a consultant and translator, is a collaboration with government agencies.
