• Born April 13, 1973 in Baku.
• In 1991-1996 he studied at the Faculty of History of Baku State University.

• In 1991-1996 he graduated from the Faculty of History of Baku State University and graduated with honors from the faculty.
• In 2012 he defended his thesis on "The Cyprus Problem in the Foreign Policy of the United Kingdom (1960-1983)" and received a Doctor of Philosophy in History.

.BAKCGROUND

• Since 1997 he has been working at the Baku State University's History Department as a senior laboratory assistant in the ETL of Azerbaijan's Cultural History.
