BRIEF INFORMATION OF BIOGRAPHY

• 26 april, 1951 born in Beilagan town of Azerbaijan

EDUCATION AND SCIENTIFIC DEGREE

• 1967 year in the country of Shakhseven graduated Middle School, same year accepted to Azerbaijan State University, history faculty.
• 1973 year excellently graduated Azerbaijan State University, was one of the first scholar of the name Karl Marx. At the same year applied on post graduate student of the chair History of USSR
• 1980 year defended PhD work on theme of Intelligences of the Soviet Azerbaijan in years of 60-80 year XX century.
• 1991 defended doctor `s degree on theme Develope of Azerbaijan intellingences in 60-70 years of Soviet Azerbaijan.
• 1994 recieved doctoral degree of title professor

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1972 by the regional decree commission wa applied as laborant assistence on the chair of History of USSR
• 1975 to 1977 at the Azerbaijan State University, worked in the Komsomol Committee as Secretary. In the same year he worked as a teacher of the department History of the USSR.
• 1994 -2000 he worked as head of the department of history of Turkic peoples and the Caucasus
• 1994-2000 he worked at Baku State University, Vice-Rector on Education, training Affairs
• 2014 works at the Department of History of the Slavic countries to the professor, a member of the Scientific Council of the optional, and a doctoral dissertation council.

SUBJECT OF STUDY

• USSR, Turkic peoples of the Caucasus and relations with the peoples of the Slavic countries.
