BRIEF BIOGRAPHY INFORMATION

• Was born on September 21, 1967 in Sarkikhanly village of Imishli region.

EDUCATION AND SCIENCE DEGREE AND SCIENTIFIC NAMES

• In 1974-1984 he studied at Sarkikhanli village secondary school in Imishli region.
• In 1990 he entered Baku State University, Department of History. In 1995 he graduated from the same faculty with honors.
• In 1996, he was hired as a junior research assistant to the "World Azerbaijanis" section of the History Faculty.
• In 2017, he was appointed as a leading researcher of the "World Azerbaijanis: Historical and Demographic Scientific Research Laboratory" under the Department of History, Azerbaijan History (on natural faculties).

WORK ACTIVITIES

• In 1984 he worked in collective farm "Baku" of Imishli region.
• He was in the military in 1985-1987. In 1988-1990 he worked in collective farm "Baku" of Imishli region.
• In 1990-1995 he studied at the Department of History of the Baku State University.
• In 1995-1996 he worked as a history teacher at secondary school 225 in Yasamal district of Baku.
• In 1996, he was hired as a junior research assistant to the World Azerbaijanis ETL of the History Faculty.
• Since 1998, he has been a dissertator of the same laboratory In 2001, a junior researcher was transferred to the section “Azerbaijanis of the World” of the “Azerbaijan Studies”
• In 1998-2007 he was Director of the Azadinform Information Agency. From 2000 to 2007, he was Director of the Research Center "Intellect". He was the founder of Khazar TV
• in 2007-2017 He was the founder of Khazar radio in 2008-2017.
• He has been a member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2001.
• In 2010, according to the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, he was awarded a Progress Prize for his contribution to the development of the press.

• Derbent in the beginning of the 19th and 20th centuries (historical and demographic research) - the subject of nomination.
• The history of social, political, economic, cultural and demographic development of Derbent (1920-1991) - Doctoral topic.
