• The brief biographic information: Was born on October, 13th, 1956 in village Merdinli of area Fizuli, has left high school in 1972 with excellent estimations, per 1972-1977 studied on internal branch of historical faculty of the Azerbaijan State University (the Baku State University), has ended the maximum studies with a honours degree. It is married, has three children.

• In 1977 has ended historical faculty of the Azerbaijan State University and has received a speciality of the historian, teacher histories and social science. In May, 21st,
• 1986 has protected the master's thesis on a theme «Construction of Baku-Tiflis railway and its influence on an economic, social and cultural life of Azerbaijan (80-90-е years of 19th century)».
• In June, 19th, 2003 has protected the thesis for a doctor's degree on a theme «Development of transport in Northern Azerbaijan in 19th - the beginning of 20th centuries».The decision of the Maximum Certifying commission of the Azerbaijan Republic from January, 18th, 1995 had been appropriated an academic status of the senior lecturer of the department of the Turkish and Caucasian people History.The decision of the Academic Council of the Baku State University from May,
• 11th, 2005 had been appropriated an academic status acting the professor of the department of the Turkish and Caucasian people History.

Work Experience

• Per 1977-1981 worked as the teacher of history and обшествоведения in high school in village Juhary Seidahmedli of area Fizulinskogo.
• With 1981 worked on faculty of History of the USSR (the period down to until October revoluion) the Azerbaijan State University teacher, then the senior teacher.
• Per 1982-1985 studied in postgraduate study on a speciality History of the USSR. With 1992 on the present period works on the department of the Turkish and Caucasian people History of the Baku State University as the senior teacher, the senior lecturer acting the professor. In the first years of pedagogical activity at university conducted seminar employment and has started to read lectures on discipline of History of the USSR.
• With 1989 has started to read lectures on a special course on a theme « Development of transport on Southern Caucasus in 19th - the beginning of 20th centuries».
• In 1991 for the first time in history of high schools of the Azerbaijan Republic has created a rate of lecture on discipline of history of Caucasus and has started to read lectures on historical, oriental studies faculties, and also to students trained on a speciality regionalizm.
• In 1994 for the first time in republic has prepared and has published the program on History of Caucasus. This program was basis for teaching a rate on history of Caucasus at the Azerbaijan Pedagogical University, and as in Ganja, Nakhichevan and Lankaran State Universities.
• With 1998 has prepared and has started to read lectures in a magistracy on a special course on a theme «Ancient societies and the states of Caucasus». Alongside with continuation of scientific and pedagogical activity, actively participated at creation of textbooks and manuals for high school.
• In 2005 has been published the textbook "Modern history" for 9th and 10th classes of high school in the Azerbaijan and Russian languages, written by a group of authors which participant was also it. The manual «History of Azerbaijan» for 10th a class of high school, as special the release of magazine "Entrant" written by G.Aliev is the same year published.
• In the scientific activity the special attention gives research of actual problems of history of Azerbaijan and Caucasus. Till now has published more than 90 scientific products, including 1 monography, 2 textbooks, 2 educational grants, 4 programs, 2 methodical instructions. In scientific circles with interest there was meetinq a monography «Transport and economy of Azerbaijan (19th - the first decades of 20th centuries) » (Baku, 2001) and the manual «Development of transport in Northern Azerbaijan in 19th - the beginning of 20th centuries » (Baku, 1995). 2004-2005 are published more than 20 article on diplomatic relations АДР with the next states in the encyclopedia «the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic». Has at the moment finished works above the textbook «History of Caucasus» for high schools.

Participation in the international conferences, symposiums and seminars

• Participated in V-VIII republican scientific conferences of post-graduate students of high schools of Azerbaijan (1982-1985), in I-III republican scientific conferences of young researchers on history of Azerbaijan (1991, 1992 and 1995), in republican scientific conference devoted 80-85 летию ADR (1998-2003), at republican scientific conference devoted 80 annual the Baku State University (1998), at scientifically-practical conference devoted 85 annual to day a birth national leader H.Aliev (2008).
