• From 2001 to 2002, he received a "Turkish Language" education and was awarded a certificate at the Tbilisi Center for Growing Culture.
• 2003 - 2007 Graduated from the Faculty of Energy and Telecommunication of Tbilisi State Polytechnic University.

BAKCGROUND

• Since 2009, BSU History Faculty has been working as a Senior Fellow of the "History of Azerbaijan's Cultural Culture ETL" and a teacher of the Georgian language in the Department of History of the Caucasus.
