The brief biographic information

• Was born on November 2,1961 in Minkend village of Lacin region of Azerbaijan.
• In 1979 finished secondary school in Minkend villaqe

Education,Academic Degrees Obtained

• 1990 studied at the history department of Azerbaijan State University( now BSU)
• 2004 defended candidate dissertation.

Work Experience

• Working at BSU since 1991. Working as a teacher at the department of the History of Azerbaijan (on humanitarian faculties) since 1993.
• Served in the Army in 1979-1981.
• Delivers lectures seminars at the faculty of saw, history, international saw international Relations, at oriental faculty, at the faculty of social sciences Psychology, at the faculty of Theology.
• Published 15 articles programs on the “History of Azerbaijan”, “Political History”.

Area of research

• the History of Azerbaijan at the beginning of XIX-XXI centuries
• Azerbaijan Democratic Republic ,the creation of the second Republic, the creation of the second Republic in Azerbaijan, the creation development of independent Azerbaijan Republic, the study of international situation in the region brow 1918-1920 takes important place in research.
