• He was born on December 25th, 1964, in Yardimli region of the Azerbaijan Republic.

Education,Academic Degrees Obtained

• He graduated from the Moscow State University, Department of History in 1991.
• He defended the dissertation work on thesis , called “Mutual relations of the states Akkoyunlu with Ottoman empire within board Uzun Gasana Akkoyunlu (1453-1478)”
