The brief biographic information

• She was born in an Azerbaijani family in 1977, 21 June in Baku.
• She finished the secondary school number 286 in Baku.
• She studied at Baku State University (BSU) in 1995-2002 and began her work activity at BSU in 1997.

• She was admitted to the History department of BSU to bachelor degree in 1995. She got the excellent grade from the defense of the graduation work on “Azerbaijan in international relations system in the I millennium b.c.”. In 2000 she continued her education in master degree in the specialty of “The history and theory of international relations”, in 2002 she successfully defended the master degree graduation work on “Herodotus about ancient Azerbaijan people” and finished her masters degree with the Diploma of distinction.
• She was correspondence post-graduate student of “Azerbaijanshunaslıq” Scientific Research Center in 2002-2006. Currently she continues her scientific activity on the subject of “Works of Haydar Aliyev like source for studying the interrelations of Azerbaijan Republic and Organization of The Islamic Conference” candidacy dissertation.
• On May 10, 2014, maintenence PhD work on theme "Heydar Aliev`s works as a source for studying the interaction of Republic Azerbaijan along side with Islamic Organisation Conference"
• On January 30, 2018 year recieved docent level from Supremacy Attestation Comission of Azerbaijan Republic in field of study Native History

Work Experience

• S.Z. Quliyeva began her work activity at “Computer for historical research” scientific research laboratory of the History department. In 2001 she changed her job to the division of “World Azerbaijanians: historical demography” of the “Azerbaijanshunaslıq” Scientific Research Center. Currently she is the junior research fellow of that division.
• She assisted to the dean's office in the management of teaching and scientific work and administrative work of the History department in 1997-2005. During her activity in the department she has earned the respect of the professor-teacher and student staff, closely helped to the work of the dean’s office, actively participated in the preparation of the “Encyclopedia of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic” (2003-2005).
• She actively participate in the preparation of the annual reports, collecting of scientific materials, arrangement of the seminars of the division of “World Azerbaijanians: historical demography”
• Since 2015 year head responsibilities of science magazine "Baku University News-for humanitarian science"

Research fields

• As the junior research fellow of the “World Azerbaijanians: historical demography” division she is investigating her plan works.
• Author of the 40 science article and 2 programme
