• Was born in Baku, 29th of April, 1952
• In 1969 left secondary school. N 20 of Baku city
• In 1973 graduated from the department of History of Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute
• In 1983 defended candidate dissertation “The role of The Communist party of Azerbaijan in preparation of high skilled labor (1971-1975)”
• From 1973 a History teacher at secondary school N2 of Baku city, then the secretary of the Komsomol organization of Baku Finance-Credit College
• In 1974-1975 served in the army
• In 1975-1977 a senior laborant of the cabinet of social sciences of Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute
• In 1977 postgraduate student of the department of the History of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU of Baku State University
• Since 1980 lecturer, senior lecturer, ass.prof. of the department of the History of CPSU, since 1999 of the department of the History of Azerbaijan (for humanitarian faculties)

• Particularly the period of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, the second republic in Azerbaijan and the establishment and development of Independent Azerbaijan Republic
