• Was born on november 30,1947 in Marneuli city,Georgia Republic. In 1986 finished secondary school №1in Marneuli city.

• In 1973 graduated from the Department of Journalism,Azerbaijan State University(current Baku State University)

Work Experience

• Worked as a corrector at the "Maarif"publish house from april 1973 till february 1974
• Worked as a chief laborant,teacher,chief teacher at the Department of Soviet ECP History(political history),BSU from 1974. Works as a chief teacher at the Department of Azerbaijan History(according humanity faculties) from 1999
• Married,has one child
• Teaches Azerbaijan History subject at the Departments of History,Social Sciences and Psychology,Training of Foreign Students.
• 18 scientific works,also 3 syllabus on "Political history","Azerbaijan history" were published.
• Area of study:XIX -XX century Azerbaijan history. Pays attention to the foundation of Azerbaijan People Republic and Second Republic in Azerbaijan, creation and development of independent Azerbaijan Republic.Researches the development of oil industry in Azerbaijan during sovereignity
