The brief biographic information

• I was born on 25th of July 1974 in the settlement of Varazat of the Sheki region of Azerbaijan in the family of a clerk.

• In 1991 I finished Baku secondary school #276 with the silver medal.
• 1991-1996 – a student of historical faculty of Baku State University. By the decision of the Academic Council of the historical faculty, I was admitted to the distant graduate school of Baku State University.
• 1996-2000 – a graduate student at historicas faculty, the scientific laboratory “Azerbaijan Worldwide”.
• The main research work is “Dshar-Beylagan free society – end of XVII century through beginning of XIX century. The candidate dissertation was presented to the scientific council defend. I continue the research in this field at the present time.

Work Experience

• 1996-2005 – publishing house “Azerbaijanian Enciclopedia”.
• Since 2005 – associate scientific assistant of the department “Azerbaijanis Worldwide” of Scientific Research Centre for “Azerbaijan Studies”.
