• 1988, graduated from the History faculty of Baku State University
• 2005, submitted thesis ”History of Northern Azerbaijan in Azerbaijan Literature in the 2-nd half of the XIX century” for defense
• 2010 year, on 22 september in National Academy Science, Azerbaijan history Institute of Bakikhanov defended PhD doctor of phylosofy science.

Work Experience

• 1980-1983, a teacher in the village of Asadli in Sabirabad region
• 1985-1986, a laboratory assistant at the department of history and theory of scientific atheism
• 1986-1988, a laboratory assistant at the department of the history of Azerbaijan
• 1988-2000, a senior laboratory assistant at the department of the history of Azerbaijan
• 2000, a lecturer at the department of the newest history of Azerbaijan
• now, a lecturer at the department of the history of Azerbaijan (at humanitarian faculties), nowadays is docent
• Teach for bacherlo level“history of Azerbaijan”, " The problem in history of agrarian relations in Azerbaijan at I half of XIX century"  master level
• Author one more of 30 science articles,  3 tuition programm one of them in co-author, 1 course lecture of History Azerbaijan in co-author, 1 academic text book.
