- He was born on the 12th of february 1967 Baku city.
- He has studied in the 53 th secondary school in Baku city in 1974-1984.
- He continued his education in 1984-1991 history fakulty of the Baku State Universty.
- He has served in army in 1985-1987. Internal education has recevied in the past graduate course of the Baku State Universty in 1991-1994.
- Ph.D has been recevied by the theme of “Azerbaijan moslem pristhood from the finish of XVIII – to the middle of XIX century “ in 1996.
- He has began activities as a lecturer in the Deportment of “The Ancient and the medieval history of Azerbaijan “ of the Baku State University from 1995, in 1998 he was elected the senior lecturer.
