The brief biographic information

• He was born in October 2, 1964 in the Narimanli village of the Basarkecher region of the Armenia Republic.
• In 1971 he went to the secondary school N# 19, in Nasimi region.
• In 1981 he entered the History faculty of the Baku State University.
• In 1986 he graduated from this faculty and was appointed to the secondary school N# 3, in Kalbadjar region.

• In 1971 he went to the secondary school N# 19, in Nasimi region.
• In 1981 he entered the History Department of the Baku State University.
• In 1993 he entered this faculty as Ph.D. Student, and in 1996 graduted from there successfully.
• In 1996 he defended the dissertation work on theme, called "Turkey-Russia relations during the World War I and the armenian terrorism".
• In 2007 he defended the doctoral work on theme, called "The Armenian and PKK terrorism against Turkey in the XX century".

Work Experience

• In 1986 he graduated from the History faculty and was appointed to the secondary school N# 3, in Kalbadjar region
• After finishing the period of appointment, he worked as Research Assistant in the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of NASA.
• From 1990 he worked as Research Assistant in the department of the countries of Asia and Africa.
• From 1996 he workes as a teacher, and from 2000 as Associate professor in this department.
• In 2000 he was elected the vice-dean, and in 2005 the dean of the history faculty.
