• Farajhev Shafayet was born in 11 December 1958 year, in local Armenian region Nuvedi Megrin district.
• Studied in local rural school at the same district town Nuvedi duration of his High School year is 1966-1976 years.
• In 1977-1979 Military duty in Soviet Army n the ranks of the boundary condition.
• 1987-1991 year took part in the war against Armenians invaders for defend of motherland.

Education,Academic Degrees Obtained

• 1981-1987 year student of History faculty in Baku State University.
• His researching science subject is Demography condition of Azerbaijanias in Soviet Armenia region in (1920-1980) years.

Work Experience

• 1976-1981 the Forman of collective farm in Nuvedi Megrel district in Soviet Armenian region.
• In 1989 was sending by good reference and accepted to the job in Baku State University position is high researcher at the science research laboratory of the Historical demography in History faculty.
• Since 2001 year collaborating with department of world Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Studying Center as the science researcher.
• Selected works the main science works and methodical publication approximately 15 works.

• The subject of research theme is Demography condition of Azerbaijanians in Soviet Armenia region in (1920-1980) year.
