• Davudov Gismet Shahbala was born in September 21 1964 in village Haspolad-oba Hachmaz region of Azerbaijani Republic.
• In 1991 secondary school № 45 in Hachmaz region.
• In 1985-1990 learned in branch history faculty Baku State University and in 1990 graduated from it with difference.

• 8 November 2006 has protected the candidate's thesis on subject of “Iran-Russia relation in the first one third XIX age in Iranian Historiography”. Candidate history science.
• He defended the doctoral thesis on“Relations of Japan with countries ASEAN”

Work Experience

• The locksmith worked till 1981-1985 in management “Promventilyaciya” in Baku.
• In 1990 senior laboratory assistant was nominated on direction a Ministry of edication “History of Asia and Africa countries”
• In 1992 was elected by teacher, but in 1995 senior teacher on this faculty.
• At present occupies the job title an assistant professor on faculty “History of Asia and Africa countries”.
• He is the athor of 14 articles
