The brief biographic information

• He was born in March 16, 1964 in Lankaran region of the Azerbaijan Republic.
• He studied in secondary school of Vilvan region during 1972-1982.

Education,Academic Degrees Obtained

• In 1982 he enterd the History faculty of the Baku State University.
• During 1983-1985s he served in the army.
• In 1987 he continued his education in in the History faculty of the Leningrad University
• In 1992 he entered to this University as Ph.D. Student.

Work Experience

• In 1992 he graduated from the History faculty of BSU with distinctive diploma and began to work here.
• Now he is working as a vice-dean.
• He is working on the dissertation work on theme, called "Azerbaijan ethnography in the memories of XVI-XVIII centuries".
• He is the author of 3 articles.

• Phase I of the study of the legal and anthropological issues: the study of customary law
