• Was born in 1950 in Agdam’s Merzily village in 1966 he finished secondary school in Agdam’s Merzily village

• In 1972 he graduated from History faculty of Azerbaijan State University, in 1981 he finished distance post graduate studies.
• In 1985 he defended “Local and city administration of Azerbaijan is Sephevy’s state system” candidate’s thesis. He is the doctor, associate professor.
• Structure of Azerbaijani Sefevid's impair and the role of gizilbash asistocrasy in its managing

Work Experience

• In 1972-1974 he worked in secondary school of Lachin’s Vagazin village
• In 1974-1989- in Khankendy’s Teacher’s institute.
• In 1989 to 1991- in Azerbaijan Technical University. From 1991 he is associate professor of Baku State University’s Azerbaijan history department (for natural faculties).

Area of research

• His main researches were gave up to Azerbaijan history of XVI-XVII centuries.
• He has two monographs, more than 40 scientific articles.
• He devoted his attention to the structure and govern system of Azerbaijan Sephevy state in his scientific work.
• His is the author of “Azerbaijan history” textbook of 1996.
• Now he is working at doctors dissertation (“The structure of Sephevy state in the first quarter of XVII-XVIII centuries and role of Azerbaijan hobility in it’s govern”).
