• 1954 Dectmber 30 was born in Marzili villaqe of Aqdam reqion of Azerbaijan SSR
• In 1972 left secondary school in Marzili villaqe

Education,Academic Degrees Obtained

• In 1976 graduated from the department of History of Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institutewith excellence
• 1986 defended candidate dissertation on the subject “Participation of working class in the development of socialistic culture in the Azerbaijan SSR (1971-1980 s)”.
• At present works at doctor dissertation on subject “The problem of refuges in the period of ADR”

Work Experience

• 1976-1981 History teacher at a secondary school in Marzili village of Aqdam region
• 1977 postgraduate student at the department of the USSR history of Baku state university
• 1985-1986 laboratory assistant of the department of the USSR history
• 1986 lecturer at the department of USSR history of BSV
• 1986 fill now lecturer at the department of Azerbaijan History (for human. faculties)
• Teaches “Azerbaijan History” “Struggle against the Soviet regime in Azerbaijan in 1920-1991 at the faculties of Law, History, International law and International relations, Philology for undergraduate bachelors and mastersS
• Author of 45 articles, 3 books, 3 programs

Area of research

• Azerbaijan history in the period of XIX-XXI centuries, specially in the period of ADR, the Second republic in Azerbaijan and its establishment, the development of Independent Azerbaijan Republic National-liberating movement in Azerbaijan, the problems of rebuses in ADR, struggle against the Soviet regime in Azerbaijan in 1920-1991
