• Was born in Sarikhanli village of Imishli district on September 21st, 1967

Education,Academic Degrees Obtained

• Received education at primary school in Sarikhanli village of Imishli district during 1974-1984
• Admitted to the internal part of the Historical faculty of Baku State University in 1990
• Graduated from the same faculty with an honors diploma in 1995
• Employed as a scientific worker to the “World Azerbaijanis” section of the Historical faculty

Work Experience

• Worked as a worker in “Baku” kolkhoz of Imishli district in 1984
• Has been in the military service during 1985-1987
• Worked as a worker in “Baku” kolkhoz of Imishli district during 1988-1990
• Received education in the Historical faculty of Baku State University during 1990-1995
• Worked as a history teacher at Yasamal region primary school № 225 in Baku during 1995-1996
• Employed as a small scientific worker to the Scientific Research Laboratory of the “World Azerbaijanis” section of the Historical Faculty in 1996
• Has been a candidate for a degree in this laboratory since1998
• Became a junior scientific worker in the “World Azerbaijanis” section of “Azerbaijanism” SRC in 2001
• Has been the director of “Azadinform” information agency since 1998
• Has been the director of the “Intellect” Research Centre during 2000-2007
• Has been the founder and the president of “Khazar” TV since September 2007
• Has been the founder and the president of the radio “Khazar” since May 2008
• Has been a member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2001

• Presented the dissertation work named “The population of Derbend during 19th-20th centuries” (historical demographic research)
