BRIEF BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
• Citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, born on April 16, 1966
EDUCATION, SCIENTIFIC DEGREES AND TITLES
• 1992, graduated from Baku State University (BSU), Department of History.
• 2003 defended PhD dissertation on "Kipchaks and Azerbaijan (in the context of ethnogenesis)"
• Since 2014, Associate professor of the History Department at BSU.
