• Agaev I.A was born in Baku,in 1964.
• He finished the secondary school № 13 in 1981, and then entered Historical faculty at BSU
• He got Honour Diploma at the same faculty in 1986.
• From 1986 till 1989 he worked as a teacher in Quba
• In 1989 – 1992 was a postgraduate student of Historical faculty at BSU
• From 1994 till now he works as a head teacher and ass.prof. He defended his candidate’s dissertation
• “The 1917-1920th Azerbaijan History in Turkish Historiography” in 1994.
• Agaev I.A is an author of more than 20 articles, methods and manual books.
• Now he is working on doctor’s dissertation “Turkey and Black Sea Economical Cooperation”.

• An author of 20 articles and 1 book.

• Nearest and Middle East countries’ historical problems (especially Turkish Region)
